Alana and Alyssa
Alana De La Garza has made a name for herself through her appearances on TV. De La Garza, a Mexican American father and Irish American mother, were both born in Columbus Ohio on June 26 1977. Her move to Texas in order to pursue the career of an Occupational Therapist within the University of Texas. De La Garza did not stay in Texas in a long time and quickly relocated into Orlando Florida, where she was able to take on various acting roles, including commercials and independent films. Despite her small role, De La Garza began to realize her love for acting. The year 2001 saw her move in New York where her first character was on All My Kids' daytime soap opera, playing Rosa Santos. In the beginning of 2000, she had small parts in JAG Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men. Her first major part came in 2004's short dramatic The Mountain. De La Garza played Maria Serrano, alongside some of the best TV actors, including Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pileggi, and Mitch Pilegge. She appeared on Law & Order in 2006. was A.D.A. on Law & Order. Connie Rubirosa. The actress was on the show for 85 episodes. She then joined the short-lived sequel Law & Order: LA. De La Garza has been nominated to win several Awards, including the Best Supporting Actress on TV from the Imagen Foundation Awards as well as several ALMA Award nominations. The actress was awarded an Impact Award in 2008 for her performance that stood out on a dramatic television series from National Hispanic Media Coalition. In the next few days, De La Garza was cast on CSI Miami in a recurring role. Her role was Marisol Delko, the wife of David Caruso's Horatio. She played the character Dr. Lena Solis, she appeared on NBC's rather dark drama Do No Harm. The show was cancelled after two seasons. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. The mother of the child is an Italian father and younger brother Cory which is a years older than her. She grew up in an orthodox, religious family. Milano started her acting career at the age of seven, when her babysitter brought her along to an audition in the acting field. Milano was among four girls chosen out of thousands of hopefuls. Milano was featured in commercials on television and off-Broadway which included the American musical version of Jane Eyre.
